- At GSAA, we have a culture of respect and inclusivity. Be respectful to everyone you work with and expect to be respected in turn.
- Be clear about where you need to be every day and if you have questions, do not be afraid to ask
- You are expected to start off carrying 1-2 patients, and as you progress in the rotation, you can start to carry 3 or even 4 patients
- You are to write a complete progress note on your patients and your notes have to be cosigned by your attending

- You will do long call once a week, long call means you will stay to admit patients from 4 pm to 8 pm and learn the workflow of the admission process.
- You will work one weekend shift a week, either Saturday or Sunday, you can decide this with your cohort on weekly basis.
